This isn't needed for the remaining ones, but may be useful in the future.
Namely, ensure that they switch to a single column when on narrower displays, and remove extra margins on quick links. Also, switch quick link container to a flexbox instead of grid, so that everything is aligned in the center correctly.

This is based on #96 which, by moving to reST, exposes all the text we want. I have confirmed that all of the text that we want to see is exported to the
gettextcatalog.I don't know exactly how we'd want to set up the workflow, but I'll leave that to @steppi.
I have added an example "Pig Latin" translation, and switched CircleCI to build it for this PR. This exposes a few bugs:
sphinx-designcorrectly translate, but lose their whole container.mpl-sphinx-theme, and thus won't translate. Not sure how best to structure that translation.
