This slipped through the cracks, and unbreaks currently broken Matrix->Slack media bridging.

Depends on #775 to allow for newer matrix-appservice-bridge

TODO:

  • Figure out if we still need encryption support and how to handle it
    • Should just work as-is, though I wasn't able to test it
  • Non-images are uploaded as URLs, and are not being mirrored by Slack – it's as good time as any to add forever-media support to the upstream MediaProxy.
