[Dev Helper] Combined PRs for widget support

This Draft combines:

• feat(ffi, widgets) Expose widget state events to the ffi #6356
• feat(widgets) Read messages from event cach (instead of fetching the from the HS) + backpagination #6353

To work on the widget support on Element X.

It will be closed once the different changes are merged properly/independently.

• I've documented the public API Changes in the appropriate CHANGELOG.md files.
• This PR was made with the help of AI.
