Document new mobile capability to delete playbook tasks from Mattermost mobile v2.37.0 onward. Added "Delete tasks" subsection under Mobile playbooks task management with confirmation dialog and permanence warning. Closes #8711 Co-authored-by: Combs7th <[email protected]>
