This PR adds an example tailwind.config.js file that can be used for Tailwind containing the reasonable colors as HEX values.

With this configuration Tailwind users can use the colors inside their projects e.g. with bg-rose-2 or text-gray-1. I've included some additional colors (such as transparent) as recommended by the Tailwind documentation.

The config is a blank Tailwind config, overwriting the default colors. I expect developers to use this as a starting point and either merge the values with their existing config or extend this example.

If you want to test this example, setup a new tailwind project and include this as the config file.

@philippreiner Stumbled upon your PR toying with a similar idea - maybe this should be published as a Tailwind plugin? It is a good candidate for a plugin, replacing/enhancing Tailwind's default color set.

Good idea - and just saw that you publish such a plugin yesterday. For all the future readers here is the link https://github.com/DBozhinovski/tailwind-reasonable-colors

I just included the colors in a project and thought to add my config as a PR here.
