Stable mostly functional application

Major reorganization of the tools menus. Also some very noticeable stability and reliability bug fixes to the app for USB connections (plug and play). New ActionBar features a summary of the connected device properties. Separated global from reader command lists for clarity. New slider / toggle buttons for READONLY,FIELD=0/1. Labels for the peripheral spinners, status icons for usb / new messages / new logs / etc. XModem downloads of logs and slot cards now functional. If you haven't tried it, or felt the previous development releases were too buggy try it out again!
