- Switch to ruff for formatting
- Run ruff fix
- Apply ruff unsafe fixes
- Do not lint docs dir
- Improve type hinting
- Add misc doc strings
- Ignore and fix misc lints
- Use ruff for linting
- Remove pylint and flakes8 config
