- Test on 8.3 and 8.4
- Bump release year
- Remove exclude that no longer exists
- Improve the type hints for arrays
- Don't test 8.4 on i386
- Make matrix naming more consistent
- Migration PHPUnit config
- Work around gmp_pow behavior change
- Set release date for 1.12.0
