the GeoLite2 IP MetaData Databases Comparison Chart pdf is no longer needed. I searched the dev portal and only the pdf came up, no articles link to it. As it is Geolite, and we have just redone the Geolite page, the pdf is no longer needed and deleting it should not create any 404s.
