v0.1 – Initial release

This is the initial release of PDF extract to SVG with the following set of features:

• ability to open PDF files (one at a time)
• render a single page of the PDF
• navigation: previous / next, or jump to specific page
• click and drag to create a rectangular selection
• move the rectangular selection by dragging it (click and drag)
• export selection to SVG
