Summary of changes
Asana Ticket: Expand logging for headway analysis
This adds some additional logging to help the data analytics team investigate headway accuracy:
trip_idfieldI decided to limit this to platform signs only, which simplifies the implementation and should still be sufficient for the analysis, since mezzanine signs nearly always show the same information in aggregate. This also only logs rail signs, not bus. I'll note these details in the ticket.
