Two functions currently exist to monitor the quality of the assignments:
* "Check bordering surface assignments" checks the above problem. Note: SLOW!
* "Check for double assigned faces" checks that every face is assigned to only one MCell region.
* "Check for double assigned faces" checks that every face is assigned to only one MCell region.
