This PR updates the .editorconfig yet again, and adds Roslynator.Analyzers/.Formatting.Analyzers. This fixes a lot of style issues, and results in a bunch of code changes and small improvements throughout the code.
Note that these changes will affect the format for NeuralNet models, so models trained with previous version will not be compatible.
