Please use the template to fill out all relevant information. Issues that do not adhere to the template will be removed. If a section of the template doesn't apply, simply put N/A for the section. For example, if you are submitting a feature request, there isn't any actual behavior...since it doesn't yet exist!
Your issue will require labels. There are numerous labels in the issue tracker. They are broken down into a number of categories. You should include at least three labels. One from the identifier, priority, and issue type category. Any labels beyond that are optional and case dependent. The labels are currently divided as follows:
-
Identifier: at least one that describes what the issue is related to from the following:
- cmake
- core-gcode
- core-geometry
- core-graphics
- core-slicing
- core-threading
- core-ui
- distribution
-
Priority: one that describes the relative priority
- low-priority
- mid-priority
- high-priority
-
Issue Type: at least one that describes the type of issue
- bug
- feature
- wishlist
-
Other: these can be added on a case-by-case basis if you feel it applies
- help-wanted
- hotfix
- invalid
- needs-information
- needs-review
- on-hold
- work-in-progress
If you are unsure of which label to pick, all labels have additional descriptions in the issue tracker. Try your best to pick those that are appropriate!
