Added MED_WORKSPACE_INTERFACE macro in medAbstractWorkspace, which automagically creates a series of static and instance methods to standardize and simplify the regsitration of a workspace. Also, sorts workspace by name in the menus.
Added MED_SETTINGS_INTERFACE macro in medtoolbox, which automagically creates a series of static and instance methods to standardize and simplify the registration of a setting widget.

So this is the prototype to support CLI modules.
Now, once the process refactoring is finalised, the ideal would be to rethink this work to have each CLI module wrapped as a medAsbtractProcess, so they can be used seamlessly as filters, registration algorithms etc.
It requires medInria/medinria-superproject#53 to work.
