should print executable name
also cleaned up code a bit, needs some testing

@MadsJensen @Lubell could you try testing this? Basically just tries to figure out the command being submitted, so that qstat is more descriptive than py-wrapper. Feel it needs to be tested before I ask people to upgrade, though I don't expect problems.
