MEIER-378: Add period after Services page subtitle

Adds a missing period to the end of the Services page subtitle.

Before: "I help businesses build and scale their finance, accounting, and capital markets infrastructure"
After: "I help businesses build and scale their finance, accounting, and capital markets infrastructure."

Single-character change in app/src/App/src/Services/View.fs.
