Currently there is no option to set payload type of egress RTP packets in
ex_webrtc.It causes that e.g. when WebRTC Sink negotiates H264 and VP8 codecs in SDP, one of them won't work because ex_webrtc will always take set payload type to the value corresponding to the arbitrarily chosen codec
After fixing this issue in ex_webrtc we should also write browser test doing sth like rotating logo from the examples
