Both Signaling server started under source/sink and peer connections are currently started w/o proper supervision, meaning that if Source/Sink exits normally, PeerConnection becomes completely orphaned. This PR uses Membrane.UtilitySupervisor.start_link_child/2 for both for the rescue.
