- feat: add support for setting outputs (breaking change)
- chore: flag as v2 beta-1
- we now allow setting outputs from github actions workflows - the summary field has been removed in favor of using an output with assignment type "summary" in meshStack - clarify step vs. run status and rename the inputs to match
