this registers port number 78 for hydris

hydris is an orchestration layer for sensor and data-based situational awareness. free and open source https://github.com/projectqai/hydris . it can use meshtastic to bridge remote sites

the interior protobuf is here: https://github.com/projectqai/proto/blob/main/world.proto

No offense, but your project is a week old and only has one checkin. I'd like to see a bit more traction here before we reserve a port number. For the time being you can use a number out of the private port number range.

Yeah that's a reasonable perspective. It's not exactly an open source project in the community sense due to geopolitics etc. All I can do is drop a very carefully cleaned up demo version once in a while. But hey, the company lets me publish it under real open source license, so not that bad.

Will keep it open to attempt convincing you again once I have unclassified use cases to share. We're already showing up with meshtastic radios everywhere and users love it. Maybe someone else some day does a video of it in public.
