Bumps kommander-ui from 17.166.8 to 17.166.10.

Changes

  • fix: cluster override config not persistent when edited using cluster page (#8529) (#8541)
  • fix: missing ownerRef in workspace config override cm when updating using ui (#8520) (#8530)
