Summary

port part of pure Ruby tracer logic to Rust native extension using runtime_tracing
expose record_event API for logging I/O from Ruby
override I/O helpers in native_trace.rb
check native trace output in tests

Testing

just build-extension
just test (fails: TraceTest#test_point_representation - diff with expected trace)
