Improved labels in the mobility view

• Added missing configuration for the mobility-related elements that were recently added, making sure they are rendered properly in the view. This includes, e.g., mobilitydcatap:georeferencingMethod|networkCoverage|transportMode.
• A couple of improvements made to the dut labels that were lacking translations.
• Fixed rendering of rdf:resource related elements that should display the label of their element, but instead were showing the "resource URI" label
