Description

Each new minor or major versions need to be added to the metadata.yaml.
This declares compatibility with clusterctl versions.

- `MetalStackCluster.Spec.NodeNetworkID` is now mandatory and will not be deleted
- `MetalStackCluster.Spec.ControlPlaneIP` will be deleted if not static
- Dropping multiple redundant status fields in favor of writing into the Spec
