Add more properties to tenant

Description

This can be used to get rid of the excessive use of storing address and payment details of a tenant in annotations.

Also remove the already deprecated wrapper fields.

TODO:

• add filters to tenant for this new properties.

Required Actions

It is recommended to install the previous patch release of metal-stack before deploying this version. Otherwise consumers of the masterdata-api cannot access project and tenants entities during the rollout.
