- reuse database service config for both server start and migration
  scrript code-gen
- run alembic migration codegen in docker container

- ensure product ID is 64-bit unsigned integer
- modify `product-id` field in model `StoreProductAvailable`, add relevant
  DB migration script, advance revision
- set up range limit for integer fields in request body of API server
- ensure output of `get_shop_profile` in RPC handler is JSON serializable

- reference : issue 35 in asyncmy official github
- the temporary forked repo resolved this issue simply by adding extra
  comparison logic to cython function `escape_int` in order to suppport
  unsigned 64-bit integers in low-level C implementation.
