@aarmey @Nathaniel-github Let me know if this is what you were you thinking of. Unfortunately, depending on how we define the model/statistical test we use for the gene module, the most relevant genes might shift. Of course once we decide on the overall approach, happy to look further if the cells identified fit into a cell type category. |
