Experimental support for log rotation on macOS.

Breaking Change

The daemon name on macOS has been renamed from com.matterbridge to io.matterbridge in this release to align reverse domain name notation with the new matterbridge.io domain. Please run sudo mb-service uninstall before upgrading mb-service and run sudo mb-service install after upgrading, or you can execute the following to clean-up the old daemon configuration.

% sudo launchctl bootout system/com.matterbridge
% sudo rm /Library/LaunchDaemons/com.matterbridge.plist
