Seconds in Foundation is usually represented as a
TimeInterval, an alias for Double (Float on 32 bit platforms). Not only is it its own type, which always makes easier to read ("isdurationin minutes or seconds here?") but more importantly it supports fractional seconds which I have in some .zwo files (particular from https://www.zwiftworkout.com).
