Thanks a lot for that quick PR @jeanbisutti.

I would change "If you bring your own storage, please follow these instructions..." to "If you use private links, please follow these instructions..."

Also, I think there are other error messages that we can also get from the Profiler agent apart from the 403 returned by BYOS.
Could we also try to address that use case as well?

Maybe we can just return the error message sent by agent.azureserviceprofiler.net?
