feat: Added templateName tag on rg

Purpose

This pull request introduces a new resource group tag for better resource organization and updates metadata in the infra/bicep files to reflect a newer version of the Bicep generator. The changes also include a minor update to the chatbot's system message formatting.

Resource Management Enhancements:

• Added a new resource group tag, templateName: Research Assistant, in infra/bicep/main.bicep and its corresponding JSON template. This tag helps identify resources associated with the Research Assistant solution. [1] [2]

Metadata Updates:

• Updated the Bicep generator version from 0.36.1.42791 to 0.36.177.2456 and changed the associated templateHash values across multiple sections in infra/bicep/main.json. These updates ensure compatibility with the latest Bicep tooling. [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] [6] [7] [8] [9] [10] [11]

Chatbot System Message Update:

• Adjusted the formatting of the AzureOpenAISystemMessage value in infra/bicep/main.json to use consistent line endings (\r\n) for improved readability and platform compatibility.
