Purpose
Updated key Azure SDK packages in requirements.txt to resolve compatibility and authentication issues during deployment and runtime. This includes upgrading azure-identity, azure-keyvault-secrets, azure-ai-ml, and msal to their latest stable or preview versions to ensure smooth integration with Azure Key Vault, Cognitive Services, and Azure AI resources.
