This PR removes the unused colors npm package (version 1.4.0) from devDependencies. The package was previously used by mocha but has since been replaced internally by picocolors in modern versions of mocha. The removal is a safe cleanup as there are no direct imports or usage of the colors package anywhere in the codebase.

It looks like
colorswas once used bymocho(test fw), but has long been replaced by other (maintained) packages, most recentlypicocolors.
