Official Linux AMA (aka mdsd) bits for all the changes related to legacy and AAD MSI Auth.
This official release has the following updates on top of the previous official release - 1.10.1-build.master.213
- Fix for the memory leak in AAD MSI mode
- Proxy feature support
- ODS HTTP time out - 60s (from 30s) to same as omsagent
- MDSD QoS related fixes.
- Fixes for MDSD crash dump due to non 200 status code from OMS homing service
