Pull Request Overview
This PR enables Dependabot support for conda package management by uncommenting the previously disabled conda configuration section in the dependabot.yml file.
- Uncommented the conda package ecosystem configuration that was previously disabled
- Removed the TODO comment about adding conda support eventually
- Retained the reference link to the original GitHub issue
