feat: Multi-agent with semantic kernel and Azure Foundry implementation

Purpose

• This PR removes the AutoGen framework from our multi-agent orchestration and replaces it with Semantic Kernel for agent orchestration, and transitions from OpenAI APIs to Azure Foundry. These changes align the system with Microsoft’s recommended practices for production-grade deployments, ensuring enhanced reliability, better integration with Azure services, and improved maintainability. Additionally, we validated the new implementation using the azd up command for deployment scenarios.
