  This pull request includes a minor update to the .github/workflows/docker-build-and-push.yml file to improve the robustness of the Azure Container Registry (ACR) login configuration.

Workflow configuration improvement:

• Updated the login-server field to use a default value ('acrlogin.azurecr.io') if the ACR_LOGIN_SERVER secret is not set, ensuring the workflow can still function with a fallback value.
