feat: Update deployment configurations to set WAF architecture parameters

Purpose

• This pull request updates deployment workflows for Azure resources by adding a new parameter, useWafAlignedArchitecture, to the Bicep template deployments. This parameter ensures that the appropriate architecture is used for different workflows.

Workflow updates:

• .github/workflows/deploy-waf.yml: Added the useWafAlignedArchitecture parameter with a value of true to align the architecture with WAF-specific requirements.
• .github/workflows/deploy.yml: Added the useWafAlignedArchitecture parameter with a value of false for non-WAF deployments.
