Purpose

This pull request updates the deployment documentation to clarify how to reuse existing Azure resources during deployment, specifically for Azure AI Foundry Projects and Log Analytics Workspaces. It adds a new guide for reusing an existing Foundry Project and improves consistency in navigation and instructions across related documentation.

Documentation improvements for reusing existing Azure resources:

  • Added parameters in the deployment options table in DeploymentGuide.md for reusing an existing Log Analytics Workspace and Azure AI Foundry Project, including default values and descriptions.
  • Added a new expandable section in DeploymentGuide.md with a link to a dedicated guide for reusing an existing Azure AI Foundry Project.
  • Created a new file, docs/re-use-foundry-project.md, providing step-by-step instructions (with screenshots) to obtain and set the Foundry Project Resource ID for deployments.

Consistency and navigation updates:

  • Updated the "Back to DEPLOYMENT guide" links in docs/re-use-log-analytics.md and related references to consistently point to the correct section (#deployment-steps) in the deployment guide. [1] [2]
