Purpose

This pull request includes several renaming changes to various workflow files in the .github/workflows directory to improve consistency and readability.

Changes to workflow names:

• .github/workflows/create-release.yml: Changed workflow name from create-release to Create-Release.

• .github/workflows/pylint.yml: Changed workflow name from Pylint and Flake8 to PyLint.
• .github/workflows/stale-bot.yml: Changed workflow name from 'Close stale issues and PRs' to 'Stale Bot'.
