Purpose

  • ...
    This pull request introduces a new quota check mechanism to the deployment pipeline and adjusts the deployment region configuration based on the quota availability. The most important changes include adding a quota check step, sending notifications on quota failure, and updating the deployment region dynamically.

Quota Check Mechanism:

  • .github/workflows/deploy.yml: Added a new step to run a quota check script and set a flag if the quota is insufficient.
  • deploy/scripts/checkquota.sh: Introduced a new script to check Azure regions for sufficient quota for specific models and set the deployment region accordingly.

Notification and Failure Handling:

  • .github/workflows/deploy.yml: Added steps to send a notification if the quota check fails and to fail the pipeline if the quota is insufficient.

Deployment Region Configuration:
