This PR scales out benchmark parameters by increasing the number of runners in two benchmark scenarios to better test higher-scale production workloads.
- Increases runner count in "Mid-high production scale" scenario from 256 to 300 runners
- Significantly scales up the "Large batch waves" scenario from 256 to 1,000 runners to handle 50,000 tasks with 8,192 batch sizes
