Purpose

This pull request adds comprehensive troubleshooting support for Azure resource deployment issues by introducing a new TroubleShootingSteps.md document and linking it from the deployment guide. The new documentation provides step-by-step solutions for a wide range of common deployment errors, making it easier for users to resolve issues independently.

Documentation Enhancements:

  • Added a new docs/TroubleShootingSteps.md file containing detailed troubleshooting steps, error code explanations, and resolutions for common Azure deployment problems, including quota issues, invalid resource names, region restrictions, and more.
  • Updated docs/DeploymentGuide.md to include a "Troubleshooting" section that directs users to the new troubleshooting guide for help with deployment issues.* ...
