[BUG] Environment custom library .jar breaks the publish

What is the problem?

If i add the spark_excel.jar to the environment as a full custom library fabric_cicd fails with

         12:27:40 - Server error encountered. Checking again in 20 seconds (Attempt 1)...
         12:28:06 - Server error encountered. Checking again in 40 seconds (Attempt 2)...
         12:28:54 - Server error encountered. Checking again in 60 seconds (Attempt 3)...
         12:30:01 - Server error encountered. Checking again in 60 seconds (Attempt 4)...

If i remove the custom library, it works.

Steps to reproduce

Add full custom library to environment, possibly any?

Expected behavior

I expected the publish to succeed.

Actual behavior

     12:27:40 - Server error encountered. Checking again in 20 seconds (Attempt 1)...
     12:28:06 - Server error encountered. Checking again in 40 seconds (Attempt 2)...
     12:28:54 - Server error encountered. Checking again in 60 seconds (Attempt 3)...

This is a problem for me once I've added a .jar file, I have had .whl files work perfectly fine.

I'm wondering if there is a workaround as this is a show stopper for us now.

jjaeger1994 An update on the investigation - I was unable to reproduce this error. This is what I did:

1. In my feature branch workspace, created a new environment item
2. Added a .jar file to custom libraries
3. Saved the environment and committed to source control
4. Ran fabric-cicd on the environment item, creation and publish succeeded without any errors.

If you can share more details and a debug log that would be helpful.

Is it perhaps the size of the .jar causing the problem, mine was relatively large (in comparison to my .whl file in the same environment)?
As a workaround, I put the jar in a lakehouse and used variable library variables in %%configuration to add them.

But your work flow is the same as mine that would have caused the error
