Description of changes
This PR removes the Caterpillar theme from the FURN tester app. The Caterpillar theme currently does not have all entries filled out in the theme and it would require significant bandwidth to ensure we fully implement and test the theme for contrast ratios to meet accessibility standards. Hence, to avoid future bugs and maintenance cost, we are removing the Caterpillar theme from the tester app.
Verification
Manually checked that the Caterpillar theme is no longer available in the Theme dropdown.
