Description of changes
Quick change to centralizes the jsx helpers, including the withSlots implementations in the framework-base package. Right now this is just moves but this helps reduce churn for the eventual jsx runtime and typing fixes.
This also gets rid of the duplicate version of withSlots/renderSlot in the old framework package, which had the same implementation.
