external contributor, then please detail your reason for submitting to
this fork:

  • This is an early version of work already under review upstream.
  • This change only applies to interactions with Azure DevOps and the
    GVFS Protocol.
  • This change only applies to the virtualization hook and VFS for Git.

Thank you! This file originates from a different Git fork, though, and I re-opened a correctly-SOB'ed version of this PR there: git-for-windows#5725.

Already in c2a2fd5 (CONTRIBUTING.md: add guide for first-time
contributors, 2018-03-01) there were _two_ links added for PuTTY, one
being the correct, official one, and the other an official-looking one
owned by a third-party. Let's only use the official one.
