Pull Request Overview
Updates the README documentation for the Chrome extension to fix incomplete installation instructions by adding missing build steps and clarifying requirements.
- Added Node as a prerequisite requirement
- Provided alternative installation option via git clone
- Added build instructions using npm commands

Current readme instructions are not working. They are missing the build step (you need to add the
distfolder as extension to chome).I've added Node as requirement, optional clone instead of download and build instructions
