When walls change, check for any sprites that are now clipping into walls -- bump them if trivially possible (like we do when changing position), otherwise set them as clipping

fix microsoft/pxt-arcade#2960

Feels like there's likely a better way to structure this, but I don't see it immediately; it kind of belongs between physics & tilemaps. (happy to take any suggestions if you see a better way I'm missing!)
